I'm in agreement with Tucy I think most of the musings about NorthPark expansion have always been contained in this forum. I think the DallasNews covered a hotel rumor once but besides that its mostly our sugar plum dreams planting the seed that something is in the works.

I think NP developing its North side lots with mixed uses and more parking garages would be great. Office, hotel, condo and restaurant/retail space would all do amazing there.

Papyrus is closing all stores within the next 6 weeks. That is going to open up another space.

I'm glad Nyx left. Since the day it was announced, it seemed like a bad fit for NorthPark. It's a much better fit for Galleria Dallas or Park Lane, and if they are relocating, I hope they go there instead.

Rolex is absorbing the LV men store. I guess they're doing really well.

Nice. This and the new Rolex store going in at HP Village gives them a strong presence in the market.
