The tower crane for this one went up at the end of last week.

This project should have waited another 2 months, it's becoming increasingly likely that the two way project is going to happen and if it does a pocket park will be created right in front of this development. If the pocket park happens there should be retail in this building.

This tower was never stuck, if you pay attention to the pattern people jump to the conclusion that a project has stalled once vertical construction slows the slightest bit even if construction continues elsewhere around the sight.

I've never really liked that cheap-looking stucco midrise in the foreground, but I LOVE this shot and the way the AKT seems to fill in the gap, creating a wall of buildings along there.

Don't believe so, think there is just a leasing office on the ground floor.

The park will be created when McKinney Ave and Cole become two-way streets.
