The expectation is entirely with merit. That park is a neighborhood investment of more than
one hundred million dollars, and 1900 does the bare minimum to grow the investment. Perhaps not, though, should the sheer walls become a prolific canvas of projection art. Hall's office building had some sort of deal to display iconic scenes or something like that... even more abstract visuals than the Omni CCHotel displays -- which by the way is that still a thing for that other architectural disappointment? -- but maybe 1900 will save face with a nighttime show. I'd like to see art.
