Putting a hotel on the lot along Boedecker street makes so much sense to me that I don't understand why they haven't yet. What other hotel would be able to say they have an Eataly outside its lobby? It's such an easy sell.
Then to the west you'd have an overlook of the cemetary. Not being morbid or anything, but it's a beautiful 80 acres full of mature trees.

Sorry, you're absolutely right; I meant hotels in DFW and how there's only so many hotels here that could boast such an amenity. It's an easy sell in the sense that when you're looking for hotels to stay at around Dallas, seeing that there's one with something like Eataly at its feet makes it more appealing to book than most.
