With this and the large development across the street this part of town could really get some great energy and expand the urban Uptown area and connect with Turtle Creek as well. Hope this gets started.

Those to me would be the best designed structures in uptown IMO. Very Chicago/miami-ish blend.

I used to work across the street at 2501 before it got a facelift and set out to look on street view at the mid-century office building that I remembered behind 2500 that will go away if this whole block gets rebuilt.

Searching for Fairmount and Howell, this popped up for the lots across the street.

Is this new or something long gone? Viceroy would be tearing down its own office and a few more old house conversions down Fairmount to the old church building to build new boutique office space.
