This has turned out quite nice. Wish they had taken it up a little higher.

This is one of my favorite new towers in Dallas. Wish it was taller.

Yeah, I know it's a trite comment on this board to say, "I wish it were taller," but I can't help but say it. Harwood seems to do this over and over again. It's the same with the Amegy Bank tower - both are cool buildings, but they just look awkward because they seem unfinished or incomplete, and would have looked much more appealing with additional height.

Here's hoping the aesthetic disappointment from some of the early Harwood Int'l buildings will become the neutral canvas effect for subsequent projects' pieces of flair. Thanks for the pics Mac-he

I wish they would have gone up one more box just because it IS that one piece of flair that looks good.

Encouraging, too, as this stretch of Dallas fills up seems like we could anticipate something taller with more compelling architecture.

Hopefully they will break ground soon, the new 42 floor tower is at least a two year build isn't it?

Like the way this turned out. The first of a few restaurant concepts on the alley that runs alongside No. 10.

FYI: Looks like Harwood Arms opens this afternoon. I think the flyer said 4PM.

Another restaurant planned to go in either along this alley or somewhere else in the 2828 building if the application is 100% correct. I'd imagine it would be along the alley:

Pizza.

I forgot there is also a Pan-Asian restaurant opening by the Arms later this year or maybe next. So, I'm not exactly sure where the pizza place is supposed to be positioned.

Opening this fall. They're calling it Elephant East.
