Looks like "The Lexi" is finally going to break ground...unless they've renamed it since the Harwood Master Plan from a few years ago.

As much as I typically loath such silly attempts at re branding (SoGood = Barf), I'm kinda okay with this one. I never liked how we put the word 'Park' in something that isn't a park (Victory 'Park')... Just like we put the word 'Garden' in something that's not a garden (Belo Garden, Main Street Garden, etc). This is kinda righting a wrong of the past.
So, even though it's obviously a marketing ploy, I kinda hope it sticks...

The difference...? LoMac Lower Greenville are nick-names the people came up with on their own, South Victory is a branding effort attached to a marketing campaign. One is natural, one is contrived.
