I have a hard time knowing for sure what floor they are on but it appears they have at least 8 left.

I believe about 9, possibly 10 more floors assuming a Flora St. grade address and not knowing if there will be a deleted floor number.

Beautiful building, glad to hear this one has a way to go.
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
Maybe need to see this in full sunlight but I work nearby and this building is hideous. The glass or whatever design you'd call what they have on the Ross side is really not pleasant to look at.

To be fair, this is true for almost every building going up now.

Weird I've seen this building in full daylight and think it looks nice. Plus its rare to find new residential buildings going up with all glass.
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
Got a good look from DE this week, it's looking very tall already and still has several floors to go.

It looks like the top floor (With a balcony) has been built, now they are working on the penthouse level 2 I believe.. No more balcony levels.. This tower is looking very sleek, great addition to the Dallas skyline.

Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
I believe they still need to put the roof on the current floor that's poured and then there will be decorative glass on top of that, so it should have a little more height.

Oprah’s Former Personal Chef Will Helm New Dallas Arts District Restaurant
https://dallas.eater.com/2019/7/17/2069 ... -fall-2019
Ellie’s, a new restaurant planned for the ritzy Hall Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District, will have Oprah Winfrey’s former private chef leading the kitchen.
Eric Dreyer, who also spent time as executive chef at Fearing’s in Uptown, will helm the kitchen at Ellie’s, set to open inside the Hall Arts Hotel at 1717 Leonard Street later this year. According to a press release, Dreyer will serve up a menu of Napa-inspired fare, which makes sense considering that his most recent job was serving as executive chef at Winfrey’s Montecito mansion, Promised Land

I like the way that the vertical striping echoes the Wylie.
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
As the Hall Arts Residences' Tower & Hotel project enters into the final construction phases, it is a very nice addition to the Arts District.

I am meh on it but I do think its more creative than most things they are building in Dallas.

It is striking ... wish it were double its height though!
At twice its height it would really be striking on the skyline.
But regardless, glad to see it as an addition to Downtown as it is still tall enough to make a statement.
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
Absolutely love this development but wish it was 100ft taller.
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
REally nice looking building
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
As they put the finishing touches on the Hall Arts Residential Tower, it looks more & more impressive. Let's hope we hear some news on the much rumored 50-story proposed Hall Tower across Ross Avenue in the near future.

Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
I haven't heard those rumors? What's the latest on that? And is/was it rumored to be residential or office?
Re: Arts District: Hall Arts Hotel & Residences
I have pretty close contacts to hall financial, the third phase is currently a 45 - 50 story office tower as mentioned above, but its a ways away last i heard, i would think closer to 2023 - 2025.
