Coppell office project planned near LBJ Freeway on Cypress Waters doorstep

Another name that will hopefully later change: The Braun on Belt Line
This complex will be north of I-635 and on the east side of Belt Line. I thought that Cypress Waters had all that acreage, I guess not. Multiple office buildings and a hotel are planned.

I've been wondering when those lots were going to start taking shape. I believe the hotel they refer to has just started construction. They had the field marked off for some time and a sign in place mentioning 'future hotel', but no activity until the last couple of weeks.

The funny thing is... This section of Belt Line comes to a near standstill every morning/evening rush hour. Anybody who lives in Cypress Waters has a way of getting around it, but those folks heading to Coppell must be hating life. To think that the activity here has only scratched the surface and MUCH more is about to come online is quite hard to fathom. Not that there's anything anyone can do about it. lol
