The firm that had owned The Parks up to now, General Growth Properties, has been sold. As part of the deal, 3 malls, including The Parks, have been spun off to different owners. The article headline uses "high performing" to describe the mall; it's been probably a while since we've heard of any mall (with the likely exception of NorthPark) referred to in such lofty terms.

The Parks generates annual sales per square foot of more than $500, which is about 20 percent higher than the national average, he said. The mall also is 98 percent filled.
I don't like this mall and avoid it at all costs but they do well. The stores are full and there are kiosks like every 10 feet which is just annoying especially when they try to grab you and pull you in as you walk by. Time has stood still here.
