Dallas Fort Worth Urban Forum

The Fine Arts theater in downtown Denton has been acquired by a group that includes those that head up Dallas' Texas Theater. It will be programmed similar to how the Texas has been. Live events including music concerts and comedy are also planned. The renovation will include 35mm & 70mm projection. Completion and reopening is set for 2020. The Fine Arts has been closed since 1982.

Hunter Ranch, a new residential project, will be developed by Hillwood. It will span 3200 acres, and 6000 homes are planned there. Hunter Ranch is off of I-35W and Robson Ranch Road.
