Allen's upcoming convention center, at US 75/Bethany across from the Watters Creek development, will contain 90,000 square feet of meeting space (the article touts it as the biggest between Dallas and Oklahoma) and will be adjacent to a Delta by Marriott hotel which is being built. The complex is due to open later this year.
