The mixed-use development along I-35/35E, south of US 380, and west-northwest of the UNT campus will be home to the DFW area's fifth Alamo Drafthouse theater. It will have 8 screens, restaurant, and bar. The theater is planned to open in June of next year.

The Alamo Drafthouse theater coming to Denton is still projected for a June opening.

Late night showings of films aimed at the college audience....we just got Drafthouse in Las Colinas but I’m already jealous.

More businesses coming to Rayzor Ranch....

Opened last week: Marshalls
In December: Andy B's (entertainment complex with restaurant, arcade, laser tag, bowling, bar, performance stage, party/event rooms)
Early next year: CareNow, James Avery, Kurume Ramen, Tuesday Morning
