The first office building of Heritage Creekside is about to start construction per D Magazine.
12 stories, 343k sq feet with a parking ratio of 4/1000 in a garage. It will be constructed on the corner of Custer Road and Plano Parkway.

So far, a few single family homes and a 300 unit apartment complex has been built on the eastern end of the property.
