Jerry Jones scores 2,000 new jobs at The Star in Frisco
New York-based financial giant TIAA will move into a $58 million office tower in the Dallas Cowboys owner’s mixed-use development on the tollway.

This is "meh" news at best, and more cynically,
disappointing as it continues the trend of new/shiny outer suburbs cannibalizing older inner ring suburbs.

The lack of residential in The Star (aside from "we'll take your firstborn, please" Twelve Cowboys Way) really hurt this thing. I know there are numerous other issues, but the place is dead. Boardwalk at Granite Park (which has zero residential) is more vibrant. :lol:
