Luxury condo tower on Lake Grapevine to soon get underway

In all, the condo tower — called the Lakeside Tower and Bungalows — will bring 48 luxury condo homes to this part of North Texas.

Dallas-based Humphreys & Partners is the project architect. The condo tower is slated for completion by fall 2017.

I'm familiar with much of Flower Mound and South Denton county from my collage daze... some part are really pretty, in a pleasant and comfortable way different from the dramatic beauty of Pacific coastal cliffs, for example.

Last I checked were only 6 units left unsold within the top ten floors of tower, which per website seems to now be 16 floors. Has it topped out yet?

Yes the building has for sure topped out. They used to have a tower cam, but I can't find it anymore. It's been topped out for a couple of months.

By way of the Dream Hotel-Uptown thread, and the link there to Dream Hotels (http://www.dreamhotelgroup.com/hotels-en.html), another brand under the Dream umbrella, called Unscripted (apparently Dream's lifestyle brand), lists an upcoming property next year but was not specific. But after a Google or 2...

Newstream Hotels & Resorts announced last year that an Unscripted hotel will be built in Lakeside Crossing, near Lakeside/Long Prairie (FM 2499). The Facebook post has 2 renderings and other Lakeside-related info.
