Dallas developer Bill Cawley has unveiled a new $30 million office building within Allen's Watters Creek, which, if developed, could bring another walkable option for office space to this part of the region.

"We have been working on this site for a long time and it's the best, well-located site in Allen because of its proximity near Watters Creek," Cawley told the Dallas Business Journal."This is a true live-work-play option, which is why we picked it."

Lululemon and Barnes and Noble are opening new stores at Watters Creek.

Now, hopefully we can finally get a Lush in Allen, as well as a Urban Outfitters!

I have not been keeping up, but I didn’t know Barnes & Noble was opening stores. Good news! Borders Books & Music was a tenant at Watters Creek when it first opened. I think Michael’s has that space now. Are they still there?

This is where it came from, Michael’s is still there so I’m not sure where this is opening, probably where Z Gallerie was?
