Seagoville: misc. developments
Not to be outdone by other suburbs, Seagoville is getting a new lagoon-based residential development. Santorini will have Megatel houses and other residential surrounding a lagoon with sandy beaches, water slides, splash pad, cabanas, and a swim-up bar. Other amenities include a fitness center with yoga, restaurant/bar/lounge, bowling, arcade, indoor/outdoor playground, a soundstage, concierge, and more.
