Billingsley has acquired both the SE and SW corners of US 75/TX 121 for a new 500-acre development. Residential (~6000 multi-family units), retail (200,000+ sq. ft.), and office (10 million+ sq. ft.) are planned. The SW corner, first developed as Belz Factory Outlet mall, has been the site of other planned developments over the years that never materialized. No construction or opening timelines were given.
