Apparently, the Sweetgreen portion is already opened. The Postino's portion is still under construction

FWIW, while perusing the city of Dallas' building permit site, I discovered that there are finally construction permits (as well as a liquor license) issued for the EVO Cinema (where the Look Theater used to be) as of last month.

Also:

*The Toasted Yolk Cafe (inside the old Remington's) is finally open.

*Oak'd BBQ is finally open.

*A ton of construction is underway for the future Thirsty Lion.

*HomeGoods is nearing completion (signage is up on the Shopping Center sign), and "now hiring" signs are posted.

Sherlocks Bar and Grill is closing, after 20 something years. Pouring one out for that place. The corner used to be a lot of fun.

After Flying Saucer, Sherlocks was one of the best places over there. Soon to be replaced with another Uptown/Deep Ellum styled bar for the pearl clutchers scared to go into the city.

It is a huge space and wouldn't be surprised if they gut it all and turn it into 2-3 places if the demand is there.
