City Hall finally goes after southern Dallas shingle recycler, alleging 'large-scale illegal dumping'

Illegal dumping has been happening in south Dallas for decades. The city is only now doing something about it because of the new warehouse districts that are being built along 20, Bonnie View and Telephone Rd. Otherwise, they never gave a shat before.
