Yeah houston is only 5,000 square foot. The dallas one is 6500 square foot. Houston is no match.Proquest20 wrote:Is that finally bigger than the Houston one? If so, nice.

Wonder if they plan on expanding the Galleria store. Gucci started on that once they expanded the NorthPark store.DallasBWC wrote:Yeah houston is only 5,000 square foot. Per PaperCity Dallas ... Madison is leaving HP Village to relocate to Dallas Design District
"Madison 214 will move its jewel box of a store in Highland Park Village to a sprawling new space in the Dallas Design District. Opened in 2003 by sisters Kelli Ford and Kirsten Fitzgibbons, the store has been a stalwart local source for high-end gifts and elegant home decor. Located at 114 Express Street, the 8,000-square-foot store is slated to open this June. Madison 214’s last weekend in Highland Park Village will be May 17 – 19. "

Re: Highland Park Village
I’m shocked Deno’s is still in the village. It’s so out of place now.

KHAITE post on LinkedIn confirms they’re hiring for Highland Park Village
Re: Highland Park Village
Lela Rose has moved into a temp space that previously housed the temp Etro. Unclear is they are renovating their previous space or looking to move within the many vacant spaces currently at HP Village.
Re: Highland Park Village
Wow, they're going toward very exclusive brands.hjkll wrote:KHAITE post on LinkedIn confirms they’re hiring for Highland Park Village
I wanna see the following stores leave HPV: Saint Michael, Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren
Deno won't leave as people really need it. It's a great store.
Re: Highland Park Village
I'd like to see Bluemercury move to another shopping area and Juice Bar could probably go too.
Would like to see Jenni Kayne, Lafayette 148, and Zadig&Voltaire come to the Dallas market. Thom Browne would be a great fit for HP Village as well.

Bluemercury fits Knox Street so well! I like Juice Bar, could do well in that shopping center in front of SMU or also on Knox.R1070 wrote:I'd like to see Bluemercury move to another shopping area and Juice Bar could probably go too.

My dream list is Thom Browne, The Row, Chloé, Vera Wang, Miu Miu, Chopard.R1070 wrote:I'd like to see Bluemercury move to another shopping area and Juice Bar could probably go too.

Re: Highland Park Village
It was recently mentioned on here that Vera Wang is opening a boutique at HP Village. If we got a Chloe store, Lanvin would be great too.

Khaite listed as opening at 104 Highland Park Village Bldg G per permits.DallasBWC wrote:Wow, they're going toward very exclusive brands.hjkll wrote:KHAITE post on LinkedIn confirms they’re hiring for Highland Park Village

Brands I hope join soon would be Thom Browne, Acne Studios, DSquared2, Miu Miu, Richard Mille. A return of Stella McCartney or Bvlgari would also be fitting, not sure why they left the Dallas Market.
Re: Highland Park Village
Stella M. closed in other locations as well, including Houston. I believe they needed to downsize financially.
Re: Highland Park Village
On Instagram, HPV confirmed Lela Rose is in a temp space next door while their store undergoes a renovation.

They haven't been doing well financially. They lack a certain brand identity.R1070 wrote:Stella M. closed in other locations as well, including Houston. I believe they needed to downsize financially.
Re: Highland Park Village
The brick paving project continues. Hopefully they will complete the full project this Summer.
