Glossier would’ve been a good addition back in 2017 when it was trendy. Still a good addition. Glad Tory Burch is now near Coach and Kate Spade which are much more similar brands.

Now the question is… what’s going into old Tory Burch?
Word on the street is Balenciaga expansion, but that seems a little doubtful to me.

Glossier is a huge get. In 2017 they had maybe one or two locations period.
I wouldn't be totally shocked if Versace moved to be closer to the brands in that wing.

Khaite has been posting positions on LinkedIn for Dallas. It does not specify NorthPark or Highland Park, but that’s an interesting addition to the retail mix. Their only store in the US is in NYC.

I like Versace where it is now, to me it’s one of the lower tier luxury brands and I wouldn’t really put it on the same level as Balenciaga, YSL, and Bottega Veneta.

Has the Glossier hype died down? These days Sephora carried them but back in the day when they were more trendy they were only available online and through their two stores and occasional pop up shops.

Anyone know how stores like Tod's are still open? They've been at the center since the late 2000's, and I've never seen a single person shopping inside.

Billy Reid’s M&A with Knot Standard seems to have affected the NP location. The KS stores are supposed to be rebranded, so I image that will happen on Henderson Ave..

Reformation is open, the old EBW space is closed to make room for Rothy’s so I assume the new EBW will open upstairs soon. Also, Robert Graham may be on the move again…perhaps with Ted Baker departing, they could take that space?
