I think some brands overestimate the Dallas market due to Neiman Marcus being from here. We need Bvlgari back.

NorthPark always had some type of candy store and when Sugarfina closed, it hasn't had that offering and I think this works for the center. The Galleria in Houston has one, Michigan Ave in Chicago, Lenox Square in Atlanta and so on.

The Galleria and the Lenox Square ones closed but it's not bad to have them here, it would've been neat to see them in close proximity to the new Daiso and American Girl locations though. Feel like more family friendly brands would do better there, especially with the American Girl crowd that's going to be coming there. In general they tend to pop up in places that appeal to tourists (Sundance Square, Universal Studios Hollywood, Grapevine Mills). Looks like the Victory Park store closed so it's going to be the only one in Dallas unless they open elsewhere.

Historically Park Lane has been an outlet type center but I guess NorthPark may be expecting traffic coming from families who visit American Girl? If that's the case they need to build that hotel ASAP.

Guess Dallas won’t have the title of having the largest Gucci store in Texas for long, the Galleria store in Houston is expanding yet again and will be on two levels

Also Dolce Gabbana seems to be moving from River Oaks to the Galleria.

I can’t find any permits for these but considering it’s the Houston Galleria I’d expect it to be. According to the mall map there are empty spaces right above the current store which I expect to be incorporated into the new space.

My concerns about Allsaints are eased a little bit. Their Scottsdale store recently reopened in a new space so I assume the Dallas store will follow.

Givenchy has filed permits for Northpark Center Space 621.
Does anyone know the space layouts? Based off neighboring space numbers, Givenchy looks to be taking some space/or all the space between Prada & New Lululemon.

There should be two storefronts between Prada and Lululemon. One being smaller than the other.

The temp Lululemon has closed and construction boards are up... will see what's going in there (maybe Allsaints). I imagine the renovated Lululemon will open before the holiday rush. Also, Claire's is open, it's a small space, but good to see some life in that section of the upper level again.

New additions can be mid-range while providing something new to the market at the same time. Props to the Galleria for getting the first Mango in the region.

And yes, I’m hoping Allsaints does move to the old J. Crew Mens shop or elsewhere within the mall. Their new stores look awesome. Either way, I expect the new Lululemon to open soon.

I wonder if we’ll ever get an Ugg store in Dallas again, they’re very popular so it was sad to see them go. Wouldn’t that fit in very well with Nike and Doc Martens a few doors down?

Itsugar is opened. That happened fast.

Feel like Itsugar, Claires, Daiso, and American Girl would’ve been a sick lineup for Park Lane to have so this is very interesting to me. Not mad about it though.

According to TDLR, Etro is moving into Suite 1326, which appears to be currently occupied by Fabiana Filippi.

Fabiana Filippi closed over the weekend. The wallboard is up and it’s no longer on the directory.

Dallas over LA or Vegas was such a weird choice on their part, but it makes me a little sad to see them go. They were a great catch on NorthPark’s part… if only Dallas embraced them a little better.

Reformation will be opening next to Outdoor Voices.

They currently have a boutique in Knox/Henderson and have held pop-ups at HP Village. Not clear if it will be an additional boutique or a move.

I want L’Occitane to move to the north side of the mall now that Byredo, which is much more higher end, is there. Lululemon and Alo should’ve moved to the north side too.

They opened Bonsai there now, btw. I think I recognize the storefront so I'm not sure if it's temporary or just because it's a smaller business.

Also, we finally have an opening date for Joey. Not sure that I'm excited about it considering they're opening a second location uptown and it took over Seasons 52, but still a decent option. NorthPark really needs to step up its restaurant offerings though.

Rothy's, sustainable shoe brand from San Francisco , has filed permits to open at Northpark late summer 2024 in space 774 (Currently Everything but Water). Will be a Dallas market exclusive, joining the only other store in Texas at Austin Domain.

Joins other recent California brands to open at Northpark... Buck Mason, Marine Layer, Reformation...

These are good brands that NorthPark should keep on adding to the center. Hopefully Everything But Water moves upstairs, but with two other locations in the area it's not a big deal if they don't.

There's an Everything but Water at Preston Center, so I wouldn't be surprised if they got rid of the duplicate location in the area. Rothy's was eyeing West Village for a while, Allbirds was as well. Surprised we haven't seen anything from them yet.

Also on the Northpark map, Givenchy is confirmed to go in next to Prada. Still wonder what will fill the spaces between Givenchy and Lululemon, and the old Gucci spot.

I wonder if Lulu agreed to pay a hefty rent increase to stay in the luxury corridor. Just my guess.

The Tiffany pop up is also a better than average spot which will soon be vacated. Hoping to see some new to Dallas/Texas brands open locations.

I believe AMIRI is taking the spot in between Lululemon and Givenchy. Fingers crossed that AllSaints will relocate to the former Ann Taylor once the T&Co. pop-up is done.

They're apparently in Florida, New Jersey, and New York... I liked the brand but I can see why it didn't resonate well with people.
That said, their website is full of broken links now.
