The easiest decision for infrastructure improvement will make Bonton and The Great Trinity Forest an easy destination from Oak Lawn, East Dallas and The CBD. Every boulevard crossing I-30 simply must have pedestrian and bicycle routes into the forest. Another 300,000 people could eventually live between Fair Park and the Trinity River, putting to sleep the notion that natural beauty does not exist in North Texas.
