As McKinney ISD prepared to open its new sports stadium (yes, the $70 million one), the athletic director showed off the stadium in a video tour.

The new stadium is at Hardin Blvd./McKinney Ranch Pkwy. just west of the US 75/TX 121-Sam Rayburn Tollway interchange.

Looks like they will be hosting the Division 2 National Championship game this year.

Texas A&M-Commerce is the defending champ but Tarleton State (Stephenville) looks to have the best chance to make it to the championship out of Texas. They play each other this weekend to move on to the regional championship.
