"We are still seeing a lot of strong interest from national companies looking to relocate to this part of Dallas," Jihane Boury, the director of leasing and vice president for Harwood International, told the Dallas Business Journal.
"The Dallas location is very important to firms on the East Coast and West Coast because it's more centrally located and has a great airport," Boury added.
The development firm decided to recently begin construction on the tower because the Harwood District is 98 percent leased and there wasn't much left to market to incoming companies, she said.
