I could see this happening. People are willing to pay an arm and a leg for apartments in Uptown that have very nice finish-outs, great location, but the exterior looks very bland/mundane. This is one of those buildings that everyone in the metroplex will know, so not only will you be paying for the nice interior and location, it's also a status symbol to be able to tell people you live in this building. Buildings like The Taylor and The Jordan are super nice and expensive, but most people (especially outside of Uptown) aren't going to know what building that is.
