I'd say it has to be this or the Epic. M&O is too short and already seems to have been overtaken by surrounding development. The Epic is great because of the new stuff as well as the renovations of the Knights of Pythias building, which is a true gem IMO.

Yes it will keep going up until they reach the peak. Guessing here, but peak looks like it may be the equivalent to 4-5 more floors.

I think there might be one more floor left. It looks like the steel is in place to start another level of pillars.

Except, thankfully, it's no skinny residential building like NYC that looks like it could tip over at the slightest wind or tremor--there's actually something structural to the "skinny" look at Fountain Place.

I don't care how much they prop up and fluff up that thing in NYC, I wouldn't live in that building if they *gave* it to me.

If you include 13 they are currently setting the floor for 46, if you don't count 13 it's 47 so maybe they included a 13th floor? Still seems to be a fairly significant gap between where they are and point where the tower peaks.

I noticed that, too. I assume the building under construction has an ample supply of matching glass.

Definitely appears that they've stopped building concrete floors, most to all of the falsework is gone. Next up, the steel structure framing to build the top of the building.

I was at the Late Nights event yesterday at the DMA and people kept pointing at the Amli construction asking what it was.

There is some steel framing starting to appear on the north face, can't get a great look at it but can at least see it's there. Looks like they are starting to frame in the angled portions of the tower.
