One of the iconic retail corners of North Dallas, Preston/Royal has sadly taken on a new look: that of tornado victim. Now it's been determined that a good part of the southeast corner will have to be torn down.
Affected spaces include:
* Celebrity Cafe
* Fish City Grill
* Francesca's
* Gap
* The Gents Place
* Interabang Books (which has already moved)
* Marco's Pizza
* Sample House
* Talbots

Some of the older 2-3 story offices fronting Central on the east side are also fenced off due to tornado damage. I'm assuming it's for window or roof replacement, but they don't generally put a construction fence around the entire building for those kinds of things....
