Stream has a pretty robust website for the property.
https://thequaduptown.com/
All of the retail from Siegels down to BBC off Howell and the smaller retail building on Laclede between Theatre Three and the Quad office building is coming down.

This is really exciting to me. Finally an exciting project for uptown in a while. Now once the central market project breaks ground it will be even more exciting.

After many delays, we are so excited that The Quad, a 4-acre high-rise project at Howell and Routh, will finally begin construction this month starting with the office tower! Don’t worry, Crushcraft will remain open during construction!

I really like the redevelopment plan for this property. As all of these projects continue to connect, Uptown will only get better.

Looking forward to this development. There is a ton of residential and office in the immediate area, so this should make for a nice space/destination for people to walk to once it is done.

I passed by the site yesterday morning and the project is very much underway. All buildings along the Howell Street frontage have been cleared. The site was very active with some amount of excavation and site leveling.

Developers who are rebuilding Uptown Dallas’ landmark Quadrangle complex are building another office next door.
Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners broke ground in March on its $100 million redevelopment of the more than five-decade-old Quadrangle at Howell and Routh streets near McKinney Avenue.
Stream Realty is building a 12-story office tower as part of the project it calls The Quad.
At the same time that Stream was starting work at the Quadrangle, the developer was quietly breaking ground for another office building a block away at Vine and Laclede streets.
The four-story, $34 million office will house operations of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, according to planning documents filed with the state and Dallas building permits.
The 126,000-square-foot office “will serve as the headquarters of the ABOG and includes permanent office space, a conference center, an academic testing facility and general meeting spaces,” according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Re: Uptown Dallas: The Quadrangle
This is going to be such a cool part of Uptown in several years time once the development here has completed. I know there have been talks about re-developing the parking lot that currently sits behind Kung Fu Saloon, it would be great if that actually broke ground in the near future too.
Re: Uptown Dallas: The Quadrangle
While the 2nd building isn't that large, it is a lot more urban in design than what was previously on that lot. If we could just get these projects along McKinney to pick up steam, Uptown will be lookin' good!

Re: Uptown Dallas: The Quadrangle
I don't have a picture, but I drove by this site today, and the hole in the ground is very, very deep, and it appears there is plenty of work being done, so I would assume it's coming along nicely. The lowest parking level will be pretty deep, which seems like it would be a beast to park at the bottom of and have to drive up to ground level

DMN reporting second tenant signed for the new office tower expected to open in early 2024 (first tenant is Chicago Title). Office space in Uptown still leasing up.

It's satisfying to watch this side of downtown growing up
Re: Uptown Dallas: The Quadrangle
I agree, but I wish the lowrise restaurant space would have been residential or hotel with restaurant space on the ground floor. We really need to take any opportunity we can to get people living in the areas to make them more vibrant.
Re: Uptown Dallas: The Quadrangle
Is there a chance the underground garage is built strong enough to support future replacement of the lowrise part of the block with a larger building?

This one rising above the Uptown skyline. I could see it driving on the ramp from 345 to Woodall Rodgers
