Downtown Dallas: Bryan Tower

As do I sometimes as I am sure many on this forum have caught me on too. Although it seems if Wood Partners was looking for two towers to tie to each for residential redo these two would have more sense. The old gym space could easily be an amenity space for residential components while some of the buildings retain some spaces for offices and office tenant amenities all sitting over the joined parking.
