The Eatzi’s lot one is much needed. The Cedar Springs ones are still going through approvals.

Lemmon Avenue & Oak Lawn Avenue both need to be rejuvenated badly. Let's hope the area sees an upgrade over the next few years. I'll always remember the Esquire Theater in the area fondly. It was tragic when it was torn down. Dallas has a sad history of destroying neighborhood assets too quickly.

I'm really hoping the tower next to Eatzi's gets off the ground. That gas station needs to go! :)

Also a few smaller lots near here have been cleared recently of old old dilapidated housing and for sale signs went up. Plus the Warwick Melrose is finishing up their events center construction which is a whole other argument to be had but not for this thread. The continued growth of the area hasn't slowed while this project goes vertical.
