Does anyone know what is goig to be built on this massive redo, all of the old townhome apartments on the North west corner from Forest up to Willow have been torn down. I have also heard of retail and apartment developement going in across the street where the old antique mall sits. Since this is so close to Galleria/Lincoln Center area it seems reasonable enough.

Years ago a development was proposed there, IINM, it was apartments and retail, plus something Jesuit-related for the part closest to the school. It may have been a 2008 recession victim. I don't know if what's going on now is a return to the same, or something else. I haven't heard anything about the antique mall (an ex-Safeway, BTW) area being re-developed. The adjacent restaurant (the dearly departed Kel's) hasn't had another tenant since it closed a few years ago.
