My commute takes me right by this grassy hole in the in the ground. The many failed plans for this parcel leaves me sus.

But I find it mind-boggling that a property so close to The Mansion and new nearby projects wouldn’t take advantage of the area’s synergy.

Let me say this, UDR building anything in Dallas is bad for Dallas. They are an absolutely terrible company to build and manage apartments. They have some of the absolute worst ratings of complexes in the DFW area. Their ratings are so bad they generally have some of the lowest rents to try and bring people in. I toured one of their new complexes in Addison at Vitruvian Park last year. I was shocked at how poorly built and how poorly kept the property was for being new. It was a self guided tour, so stopped along the way and would speak to residents as I saw some, and had 5 different people tell me, DO NOT MOVE HERE, can't wait to leave when my lease is up, trying to break my lease etc...
