A crew is setting the irrigation for the former Dallas High School site at the Pearl Arts District Station. Most of the windows have been replaced and interior work is ongoing. The circular lights you can see through the middle second story windows look super cool- like a UFO or halo at night, and I am jealous.
By spring the exterior of this site should be a real amenity for downtown.
