Seems like that may be just the case. Roll-up interior opens to the outside sort of gig. We all might want to collectively check and see if Hook & Ladder 4 is going to get new digs some time in the (near?) future as another way to keep tabs on what's up. I did a very quick/short search, and, found it's been in at least 2 locations not terribly far from one another during it's existence as #4.
