I assume you mean the spot next to the former HKS Hq at the north corner? I believe it's just more parking lot construction related to the fact that building was turned into "creative office space" aka pricey private offices.

Interesting find maconahey.

I just happened to walk by the construction fence a few minutes ago, before I even saw this thread. So, of course I asked the guy with construction papers rolled-up in his hand, and, he said all they were doing is adding a parking lot and some windows on the backside of the co-working space as well as a gym for the tenants. . . Maybe that's just his part of the equation or maybe that is just all.

I think that link was a suggestion by the new owners for turning the HKS buildings into one or more restaurants.

There was a brew pub in the building facing McKinney before HKS moved in. I do not remember the name anymore.
