Two units sold. 69 sold in 29 months (2.38 per month) 89 remaining.
Sell-out projection: 5 years, 7 months
With the Pandemic, I'd expect the sales to slow until there's is some semblance back to normalcy.

Good thought, but the sales were all to different buyers, many (maybe most) of which were individuals.

I know developers don't always list all of their inventory on the MLS, but transplants who might be moving from the east and west coast and researching Zillow wouldn't even know this building exists if they're searching under 1 million.

It looks there are plenty of 2 BR units left. (about 25). I don't think they ever offered 1 Bedroom units. The rest are 3 BR (and up).

Are you seeing these on the MLS? Zillow and Realtor.com aren't showing the 2 bedroom units. The 2 bedroom is the floorplan I had in mind when I was thinking 1 bedroom. The southern facing 2 bedroom plan has a small bedroom in the center that has no windows, and is counted as bedroom 2.

Yeah, perhaps the hottest residential real estate market in history and the two active projects in downtown Dallas combined have sold 3 units in 6 months.
