Harwood's super likely to use blue glass to wrap the new one.
Are these North Texas' tallest decks?

The development includes parking, an observation deck/sky lounge and 498K SF of developed office, retail and restaurant space.
Other planned amenities include curated gardens and a 21K SF amenity deck complete with fitness and conference facilities, according to documents filed with the city.So far, roughly 2M SF of prospective tenants have expressed interest in the new Harwood 12 development, she said.
Curious how two reporters look at the same filings and one sees a 40-story building and the other sees a 42-story building (consisting of 15 floors of parking, 20 floors of office and a ground floor, which seems to only add up to 36).
Has anyone found an FAA filing for Harwood XII?
Class AA office highrise: 42 stories in height, 15 levels of parking , 20 levels of office and amenity spaces, ground level lobby, dock, retail & restaurant, and roof top restaurant/observation deck

That is straight up what the permit on TDLR says,Class AA office highrise: 42 stories in height, 15 levels of parking , 20 levels of office and amenity spaces, ground level lobby, dock, retail & restaurant, and roof top restaurant/observation deck

So it does. That doesn't answer my question of how did the other reporter come up with a different floor count.
That other article specifically said plans filed with the city showed a 40-story building. So, perhaps whatever has been filed with the city shows something different (and perhaps more accurate) than what was filed with the TDLR.

If it's just 20 stories of office space (according to the dmn article as the rest of the height will be above grade parking), 1m sqft seems like quite a lot. Most of the 20-25 story towers in uptown are 300k sqft.

That must be total building square footage, including parking. (Of course, as previously noted, there seem to be some disconnects between reality and the filings, so it may not actually be 1 Million + square feet.)
