H-MART is asking for $4 million from the city of Dallas to build a store in Dallas Koreatown, a 10 minute walk from the Royal Lane DART station at 2534 Royal Lane. The store would open in 2025.
I hear there are also plans in the works for upgrades to the road/pedestrian infrastructure in Koreatown, and a housing plan. I hope this area evolves into a walkable live/work/play area!

The City Council has approved the HMart plan. It will be on the south side of Royal between Harry Hines and Reeder.
