Creating a new thread for this development of an office tower and residential tower at opposite corners of McKinney Ave & Webb Ave (just north of Monticello).
Here's another Knox development I don't remember any discussion about. It's just a couple of renderings by the holding company Woods Capital consolidated some of their properties in, like Thanksgiving tower and Bryan tower. "Ivy Park" is two buildings near the Mckenzie, looks like an office proposal next to 75, and a residential a block away.

The design and construction of core and shell office building, which consists of a new 185,000 GSF square foot office on a 174,000 GSF podium garage.
The fence is up around the existing office bldg on the corner which will become the new office building (glass tower) at the SE corner. Demo coming soon? The old low-rise office building (future site of resi tower @ NW corner of McKinney & Webb) still appears to have tenants.
A Dallas developer is finalizing plans for two new towers to be built on North Central Expressway near Highland Park.
Woods Capital last year acquired two high-rise development sites on the west side of North Central at Webb Street. The developer with a track record of major downtown Dallas projects has been working on plans for two buildings on the properties.
On the development site at 5115 McKinney Avenue, Woods Capital intends to build a 20-story residential tower, according to planning documents filed with the state. The $70 million high-rise called The English will total more than 368,000 square feet and is set to start early next year.
Just so we have website links: https://ivyparkdallas.com/ for The Ivy or Ivy Park in general
theenglishresidences dot com was registered on same day with same registrar, so there's a good chance that will be a place to look later after "parking".

The header image on that link, of the rendering of the two buildings, shows a little sliver of a residential twin on the left (sort of like Urby 1 and 2). I found the uncropped version on the website and saved a copy. It shows that second tower sited right up against the Katy Trail, basically where European Service Center is now.
Has this been mentioned or seen elsewhere yet?

I don’t think I’ve seen or heard of the third tower in that rendering. And another park space adjacent to Katy Trail—exciting! The park mentioned is kinda already there. An undeveloped lot which is fenced in for use by refurbished old building (5207 McKinney?) on the north side of it.
Both of these lots now have StreetLights (SLR) banners on their construction fencing. I wasn’t under the impression they were SLR products. Anyone with any insight?
Maybe Streetlights purchased them from Woods, or they're JVing and pivoting to build two residential towers? I can confirm Streetlight banners on both sites.
