It seems like in most cases, when something like this appears on an architect's website without any announcement from the property owner, it's a past concept, dead as can be.

Its the owners putting feelers out there to show they have studied better use, and what better way to share it than to "accidentally" post on the architect's website. They are def concepts to show potential redevelopment if someone serious comes along. If another big company is looking to relocate, actual renderings will be drawn up to the market to the potential tenant, but yeah, this is just a study for the shelf by the owner. I am sure they wanted whispers of smoke out there if the right partners were to want to join in on such a project.
