North Dallas: The Sevens Apartments

New apartments going up on Manderville north of Walnut Hill Station. Land was cleared last winter, and earthmoving began several months ago, but it wasn't until recently that they put an actual name on the fence. Only info I've found online is https://www.fairfieldresidential.com/communities/coming-soon/texas (the website listed on the fence redirects to a similar page on the site). Granted, I'm not great at researching these things, so maybe there's more info out there, but it just seems to be a generic Dallas Donut apartment, with a partially underground parking garage at its center.
Across the tracks just to the north they've put in another partially buried parking garage and an apartment building, and to its north the area that had streets laid out but nothing built for a few years is finally having houses put in, but there are trees in the way so it's hard to get a good pic from the train.
