Yep. It will replace that Royal Orleans and The Diplomat Condos.

I know a few years ago, they rezoned a property in Preston Center for two new towers. The tallest being 350 ft. I wonder if that one is still alive. I wonder the same for Lincoln Property’s planned two tower project too.
