2800 Taylor Street will be home to a 192-unit apartment complex in Dallas, TX. In the heart of vibrant Deep Ellum, residents will be walking distance to local shops, restaurants and bars. 2800 Taylor will be equipped with upscale amenities, including an oversized 2nd floor terrace featuring an infinity-edge style pool, grilling stations, and a fire pit lounge. Best of all, you’ll get to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Dallas skyline from the rooftop terrace. 2800 Taylor is the perfect place to call home if you are looking for urban living in a walkable neighborhood.

The new building – designed by Dallas architect Omiplan – will have a large second floor terrace with swimming pool and outdoor lounge area with view of the downtown skyline.

“We’ve had a long-term vision for the redevelopment and have been working with Omniplan to bring it to life,” Stillwater Capital’s Logan O’Neal said in an email. “We expect to begin construction in September and are scheduled to deliver initial units mid-2024.

That can't be true. That property is in the dead zone created by the freeways. No one will ever build anything there. ;)

Great news! Isn't there at least one or two more of these being built closer to the Fair Park side as well, as well as a proposed commercial development?

It really would have been nice to bury the DART rail line in Deep Ellum and then convert it to some sort of walking path or something. I think better connecting Deep Ellum to East Dallas would be more worthwhile than trying to connect it to the CBD.

They should bury a lot of the DART lines in and around the CBD in my opinion.

Well, congratulations they finally got a building there adjacent to downtown Dallas, after Frisco got a high rise condo and after Celina tagged thousands of homes, but yeah, carry on with your bad selves and your 192 units. You really showed...whomever.
