An apartment complex and retail are planned on Bonnie View just north of I-20. Amazingly, the developer is NOT asking for any subsidies or other city help.

Affordable Housing and Mixed-Use Development Planned in Southern Dallas Neighborhood

There will be 300 homes, a retail commercial component, a boutique hotel, a medical clinic, and green space. It will be on Simpson Stuart Rd. east of Lancaster Rd.
