I read some reviews of the JW on google and a few guests seemed to believe the hotel opened prematurely. Sounds like they have some serious issues with parking and logistics to work out. One poster also said the finish out of the rooms doesn't justify the nightly room rate. I've personally thought that of a JW Marriot in Nashville.

^How could they possibly have an issue with parking with a garage that large?

7." Parking. Oh boy did I have a bad experience. At check in , I advised I self parked. They didn’t say anything but they had a folder behind them that was some sort of parking log and I thought they put my info in there. I am accustomed to use my room key to exit the garage at most hotels but here it doesn’t work and I lost my ticket. I was charged $40. You might THINK the hotel and parking company work together to keep guests happy but this isn’t the case. Parking company is ready to pounce and prey on the confusion. The hotel bought me a parking pass that I tried to give to the parking company to get my $40 or at-least $15 back since $25 is the advertised price but the parking company wouldn’t accept the voucher . So now they got me on the $40 + the hotel cost of the pass. Again.. hotel well intentioned but the execution didn’t work.
