I like the different view corridors, thanks for the photo Griffin.

Here's one from the KWP tree house the other day:

I have a hard time knowing for sure what floor they are on but it appears they have at least 8 left.

I believe about 9, possibly 10 more floors assuming a Flora St. grade address and not knowing if there will be a deleted floor number.

Maybe need to see this in full sunlight but I work nearby and this building is hideous. The glass or whatever design you'd call what they have on the Ross side is really not pleasant to look at.

To be fair, this is true for almost every building going up now.

Weird I've seen this building in full daylight and think it looks nice. Plus its rare to find new residential buildings going up with all glass.

Got a good look from DE this week, it's looking very tall already and still has several floors to go.

It looks like the top floor (With a balcony) has been built, now they are working on the penthouse level 2 I believe.. No more balcony levels.. This tower is looking very sleek, great addition to the Dallas skyline.

I believe they still need to put the roof on the current floor that's poured and then there will be decorative glass on top of that, so it should have a little more height.

Oprah’s Former Personal Chef Will Helm New Dallas Arts District Restaurant

Ellie’s, a new restaurant planned for the ritzy Hall Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District, will have Oprah Winfrey’s former private chef leading the kitchen.

Eric Dreyer, who also spent time as executive chef at Fearing’s in Uptown, will helm the kitchen at Ellie’s, set to open inside the Hall Arts Hotel at 1717 Leonard Street later this year. According to a press release, Dreyer will serve up a menu of Napa-inspired fare, which makes sense considering that his most recent job was serving as executive chef at Winfrey’s Montecito mansion, Promised Land

As the Hall Arts Residences' Tower & Hotel project enters into the final construction phases, it is a very nice addition to the Arts District.

It is striking ... wish it were double its height though!

At twice its height it would really be striking on the skyline.

But regardless, glad to see it as an addition to Downtown as it is still tall enough to make a statement.

As they put the finishing touches on the Hall Arts Residential Tower, it looks more & more impressive. Let's hope we hear some news on the much rumored 50-story proposed Hall Tower across Ross Avenue in the near future.

I have pretty close contacts to hall financial, the third phase is currently a 45 - 50 story office tower as mentioned above, but its a ways away last i heard, i would think closer to 2023 - 2025.
