The announcement that Cadillac Fairview has purchased 50% of KDC was a bit of a surprise as the Canadian developer returns to the D/FW market. I suppose they are back to help KDC grow and build some of their projects on the drawing board in the area, like the Newpark, Miyama/KDC Klyde Warren Parkside, & Park Heritage Midtown. It should be interesting to see which ones they prioritize here in Dallas.

the DMN mentioned that KDC had two Uptown projects they were working on which I took as meaning those get the most likely to move forward.
Miyama/KDC Klyde Warren Parkside is Uptown but what's the other one? They are in so many projects these days.

Is the Central Market development on McKinney @ Lemmon theirs? Is that considered Uptown as well?

Yes that project is KDC and it is Uptown according to the PID map.
